Welcome to the Underworld Temple... Dude its bad over here!!!

For over three decades, the 10-block by 10-block square in the center of the inner city has been known as the "Underworld Temple". This name came about in the 1980s at the height of the crime epidemic.

The Temple was the one place within this war zone where all the baddest dudes would congregate and handle their business, but leave their weapons behind... a Haven in the middle of Hell.
